Workforce Plus is a not-for-profit organisation supporting people across Gippsland, Melbourne’s South Eastern suburbs and the Mornington Peninsula to build skills, find work and live more independently.
We deliver employment services, accredited training, pre-accredited training, Learn Local programs and NDIS supports across a network of locations.

What our team says
From Trainee to Job Coach - Brydie Nyko knows what it feels like to be given an opportunity and the support to make the most of it.
Brydie started at Workforce Plus as a trainee, studying and achieving her Certificate III in Business and Customer Engagement while developing the communication, customer service and workplace skills that would shape her career. When she completed her traineeship, Brydie stepped into a role as a Job Coach and hasn't looked back.
Before joining Workforce Plus, Brydie had built practical experience working at Woolworths and in hospitality. But it was the traineeship that opened a new door, one she hadn't expected, and one she's now helping others to find.
Today, Brydie supports young people across her local community to achieve their employment, education and training goals. Day to day that means helping with resumes, cover letters, job applications and interview preparation, engaging with employers, and providing the kind of steady, practical support that helps participants build confidence and work toward something real.
"What draws me to this work is being able to make a positive difference in people's lives," Brydie says. "Seeing participants gain confidence, achieve their goals and create brighter futures for themselves, that's what it's all about."
Having walked a similar path herself, Brydie understands the value of being given a chance. And she brings that understanding with her every day.
