Help improve our service
At Workforce Plus, feedback and complaints are warmly welcomed as it helps us to continuously improve our services, programs and customer service.
If the service you received wasn’t to the standard you expected from us, we want to know so we can make the necessary improvements.
We also want to hear from you if you have any feedback or suggestions to improve the service we deliver.
And if you feel one of our team members has gone above and beyond your expectations to provide excellent service, we would love to hear from you as well.
How to provide feedback
We recommend in the first instance to always raise your compliment, complaint or feedback with your dedicated Workforce Plus Job Coach or Trainer or the team in your local Workforce Plus office.
If you are not able to resolve an issue with your Workforce Plus Job Coach or Trainer, you can also submit feedback by:

Our team will be happy to listen to you and where possible, help resolve any issues. Our priority is to get any situation sorted ASAP so that you can continue with the program and get the most out of it that you possibly can!
