Transition to Work

We help young people find work
and stay there

Transition to Work is a FREE program supporting young people who are ready to take the next step towards employment, training or further study.

You do not need to have a job in mind or know exactly what you want to do. Our job coaches are here to help you figure that out.

You may be eligible if you:

  • Are aged 15–24.
  • Have finished school, or left school at least six months ago after completing Year 12.
  • Are not connected with another employment provider.
  • Are an Australian citizen.
  • Are currently receiving online employment support but would prefer face to face contact.
  • Want support to move towards work, training or further study.
