For true reconciliation to be achieved, Management Governance Australia Pty Ltd and Workforce Plus Inc believe past injustices against Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples must be acknowledged.
We need to come to an honest understanding of our history as Australians and the resulting intergenerational trauma for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
Guided by equal and respectful partnerships between Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Australians and Non-Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples we will work together to build healthy, inclusive and sustainable communities by providing accessible and culturally safe services.
